The Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (UNCST) has allocated funds to be used for the Provision of Catering Services under Framework Contract.

UNCST invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above services.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, CAP 205.

Bidding Documents

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the UNCST Procurement & Disposal Unit from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

The bidding documents in English may be purchased upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/= (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only).

Bidders should collect an official receipt from the Finance and Accounts Office upon submission of the bank payment slip.

Bid Submission and Opening

Bids must be delivered at or before 11:00 am on Tuesday, 27 October 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration valid until Wednesday, 27 January 2027.

Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 11:15 am on Tuesday, 27 October 2026.
